General Conditions of Use and General Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between:

(hereinafter "the Seller" or "Escape Nation")
And any natural or legal person (hereinafter "the Customer") booking an activity on the website www.escape-nation.com.

The purpose of these T&Cs is to define the conditions applicable to the sale of “outdoor escape game” type adventures, offered independently via smartphone or with animation for businesses.

Reservations are made exclusively online at www.escape-nation.com.
The Customer chooses a city, a scenario, and a game date.
Once the reservation is confirmed, the Customer receives an email with a personal access link valid for 24 hours from the selected date.

Prices are listed in euros, all taxes included.
The base rate is €48.75 per access code (1 smartphone, recommended for 1 to 4 players).
Escape Nation reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but services are billed based on the rates in effect at the time of the order.

Payment is made online by credit card via a secure system. The reservation is only considered final upon receipt of the confirmation email.

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services provided on a specific date. No refund may be requested after the order has been validated, except in the event of cancellation by the Seller.

The adventures are designed to be played outdoors regardless of weather conditions. However, in the event of extreme conditions or major impediments, the Customer may request a free postponement (no later than 48 hours after the booked date) by contacting: contact@escape-nation.com.

Escape Nation makes every effort to ensure the smooth running of the game, but cannot be held responsible in the event of:

• network or battery failure of the Customer’s smartphone;
• poor geolocation due to the equipment used;
• injuries, thefts or accidents occurring during the activity.

The Client remains solely responsible for his or her safety and that of his or her group during the activity.

The data collected is necessary for booking management and is never shared with third parties without consent. The Customer may exercise their rights (access, rectification, deletion) by writing to contact@escape-nation.com.

All content, text, visuals, puzzles, concepts, and graphic elements used in the adventures are the exclusive property of Escape Nation. Any reproduction or distribution without authorization is strictly prohibited.

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be preferred. Failing this, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of the Aix-en-Provence Court of Appeal.
